I am avid about creating and maintaining environmentally sustainable trails that will last for years to come for everyone to access. There is a saying in the mountain bike community “No dig, no ride” and I wholeheartedly believe in it.
I also believe in community, not only physical spaces for community, but creating connections that deepen community between individuals. Since middle school I have been a part of 360 mentoring programs that help welcome new students into the schools I attend. These programs help new students to find a foothold in the school and create a safe social setting for people to be who they are.
